We are looking for highly experienced Senior Manager with experience of ticketing systems to detail join our team as a Ticketing and Hospitality Senior Manager. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for utilising the functionality within the SeatGeek ticketing system, ensuring continued development as well as the coordination of system testing and implementation of new system features.

This role will suit someone with excellent organisation and attention to detail who is passionate about optimising systems and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the setup of all fixtures and events in the ticketing system.
  • Work with the ticketing product owner to map out the system developments in line with the agreed strategy.
  • Lead on the ticketing online presence ensuring that all the relevant integrations across the Club are implemented and working.
  • Set up and maintain the ticketing and hospitality system for all fixtures and events at Anfield and other LFC related venues.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to become a trusted champion within the wider business
  • Understand product visions and objectives to co-create and own a roadmap of product development that delivers against this, aligned to wider product strategies.
  • Manage a team of people to complete all systems tasks.
  • Input into ticketing and hospitality strategy and oversee the implementation of the all the system elements of the strategy.
  • Develop and maintain the online ticketing journey from start to finish.
  • Work with relevant other teams to ensure that all ticketing products and systems are fully integrated with other systems around the club.
  • Test and experiment with new digital technologies, services and potential suppliers that may further aid the fan experience and / or online revenue generation across the ticketing and hospitality estate.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have proven experience as a product manager with knowledge of ticketing / venue sales systems, ideally within Sports or venue environments. Your experience will include working on ‘multi-platform’ products such as the web and mobile together with experience of working directly with design and development teams in an agile manner. You will have a background of working and interpreting data analytic tools as well as a good understanding of technical systems, architecture, APIs and technologies. You will be confident working with user data within legal frameworks, for instance GDPR, PCI etc.

You will have excellent communication skills with, preferably, supervisory experience. You’ll be a proven problem solver and detail oriented.
