Job Title: Targeted Interventions Coordinator

Salary: £28,350.00 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Type: Fixed Term until March 2024 with potential for extension

What does the role of a Targeted Interventions Coordinator do?

You will coordinate and develop all aspects of the programmes that provide targeted support to young people at risk in Sussex via 1-2-1 mentoring on the Reboot project. You will ensure the programmes meet pre-arranged KPI’s and be able to demonstrate project value to programme partners to ensure continued funding. As part of this role you will develop positive and effective relationships with key referral agencies.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within community, schools, colleges or youth groups for participant benefit. You will also have experience of working with people with special educational needs or disability with the ability to form appropriate relationships.
