Salary: Salary dependant on skills & experience
Hours: 35 hours per week, plus all home match days

Do you want to create legendary and stand-out customer experiences in our award-winning ticketing team?
You will play a pivotal role in being the first point of contact to our supporters and delivering an exceptional service to our loyal fans by processing bookings by phone, in person and online and upselling on our club commercial products such as tickets, tours, memberships and more.
Looking to further your sales career in a Premier League football club?
You'll firstly need to have customer service experience and be comfortable in working in a busy sales environment (especially on matchdays!) You will need strong numerical and literacy skills.
Your core hours will be Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but our ideal job holder will be flexible and committed to supporting the team and our fans outside of core hours, when required, including all home matchdays.
