Nottingham Forest Football Club, a symbol of pride and tradition, is seeking a dedicated Stadium Tour Guide to be the face of our legendary City Ground experience. As one of the oldest football clubs in the world, our history is steeped in triumphs, iconic moments, and a loyal fan base that spans generations. We are looking for an individual who can embody the essence of Nottingham Forest and share the passion with visitors from around the globe.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stadium tours for groups of up to 20 people, providing an authentic experience of Nottingham Forest and the club’s rich history.
  • Develop ideas that will continuously improve the service and product that we are able to deliver.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to reach out to local schools and business to provide bespoke tour packages for the benefit of the local community.
  • Act as an ambassador for Nottingham Forest Football Club
  • Help deliver a premium hospitality experience for fans
  • At times you may be required to work in ways not connected to your job role to help with projects and events for the benefit of the Club

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Exceptional knowledge of the history of Nottingham Forest Football Club
  • Exceptional knowledge of the wider footballing history and landscape
  • Experience in a customer service/front-of-house role would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of inclusive customer experiences and accessibility requirements for guests
  • Be confident in delivering information to large groups of people in an engaging and enthusiastic way
  • Communicates well on all levels with varying levels of seniority, from entry level to Board level staff
  • Works well under pressure and has flexibility to deal with issues out of hours and at short notice.

Individuals will be asked to declare any convictions, cautions or reprimands, warnings or bind-overs that may have been incurred. The Club reserves the right to carry out risk assessments where content has been disclosed on a DBS disclosure if it feels that it is relevant to the job requirements. Failure to satisfy the Club and the EFL's safeguarding requirements may lead to the job offer being withdrawn or, if they have already started employment, summary termination of the employment.
