Senior Executive, Partnership Operations
As an integral part of the Partnerships Operations team, the Senior Executive will support the Operations Managers and Senior Manager in the implementation of processes across the team.
The role will focus on supporting on operational tasks related to partnership asset delivery and will require the successful candidate to grow trust, confidence and build strong working relationships with the Partner Delivery Team and other Club departments.
What will you be doing?
Support the planning, execution and review of non-match day events across the partnership team, including but not limited to signing sessions, talent appearances, summits, play on pitch and open training.
Assist in the delivery of all Partner branding, updating relevant documents to keep track of inventory.
Communicate LED inventory split and deadlines to Partner Managers ensuring all creatives are tested before the game.
Work closely with the match day ticketing and hospitality team to fulfil all Partner contracted and non-contracted requirements.
Be a part of the match day operations team, ensuring all preparations have been completed by the Partnership Delivery team for the delivery of match day rights including fan zone, half time and sponsored game activity.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork related to asset delivery processes are completed on time and accurate
Who are we looking for?
We work at a fast pace, coordinating and delivering multiple projects at one time, whilst adhering to tight deadlines, so organisation and strong time keeping skills are key, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, analyse situations and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
We`re looking for someone with a degree in a business-related subject or significant experience in a Partnership or Events role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships.
