An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Performance Analysis Team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Performance Analyst (Academy).
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of performance analysis support services that facilitate the development of technical and tactical skill throughout the club's Youth Academy
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the delivery performance analysis support services to the club's Youth Academy.
- Lead in the delivery of performance analysis support services to the club’s Academy Schoolboy programme.
- Provide analytical and technical support on match days for the U16's squad.
- Assist in writing and continually updating the department’s standard operating procedures (SOP) documents.
- Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet the football club’s changing priorities.
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
Essential
- Undergraduate Degree in a Performance Analysis related subject
- Level 1 Coaching Licence
- Minimum of two years’ experience delivering performance analysis support service in elite sport
Desirable
- MSc Degree in a Performance Analysis related subject
- Level 2 Coaching Licence
- Talent ID Level 2
