JOB TITLE: Partnership Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Head of Partnerships
LOCATION: Molineux
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5.30pm weekdays, all matchdays and events

Job purpose
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Partnership Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the sales team exceed the Club’s objectives for partnership sales and retention.
In this role you will have a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the Club’s commercial partnership operation, generating revenue, securing commercial deals, and contributing to the achievement of the club’s key commercial targets.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club’s partnership sales function. This will include leading a hungry and dynamic team of Partnership Sales Executives, setting and monitoring KPIs, tracking sales activity, providing updates to the Head of Partnerships, supporting Sales Executives on new business approaches and delivering their own sales.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships you will plan and execute a sales strategy that delivers against the Club’s partnership revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure that sales performance targets and progress are clearly visible in CRM and oversee the production of a weekly sales report for the Head of Partnerships and General Manager – Marketing and Commercial Growth
- Act as the first point of contact for sales executives seeking advice on inventory, pricing, negotiation, and support them with closing deals
- Deliver new business sales and ensure the sales team achieves its revenue targets
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective partners alongside Sales Executives
- Support the ongoing training and development of the Sales Executives
- Liaise with internal club departments for support on partnership proposals, ensuring assets are agreed and deliverable
- Manage day-to-day sales team operations - expense claims, holiday entitlement and staffing schedules
- Encourage overall motivation of the sales team and bring new ideas to the Head of Partnerships for improving culture and performance
- Be a primary point of contact for club partners
- Be an ambassador for the club’s brand values and challenger narrative within the department.
