Job Title: PA to Chief Executive & Deputy Chairman
Employer: Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club
Salary: IRO £40K - £45K - dependant on skills and experience
Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton (on occasion you will be based at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing)
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week plus all home matchdays

Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting for an exceptional PA for our chief executive & deputy chairman. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished PA with the drive and ambition to further their career within an elite, professional football environment.
What does the day to day look like?
You will work closely with our chief executive and deputy chairman providing a professional organisational and administrative support service, diary, travel, client and meeting management and project work. In time, the role will broaden to involve significant interaction with the wider board and support for club board meetings, as well as arranging and managing the stadium’s board room hospitality on matchdays. You will have extensive interaction with the club’s executive committee and the wider staff. The role also encompasses the general management of the stadium offices.
Your core hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, but we will require you to be flexible and committed to providing support, as and when required, outside of core hours. You will also be required to work all home matchdays as you will be managing the stadium’s board room where the club’s directors entertain guests.
What we need
The successful post-holder will first and foremost be an experienced PA with a minimum of 3 years' experience working for a senior executive within a professional sports environment. Whilst your experience may have been gained in a sporting environment other than football, an interest in and knowledge of football and the wider football industry is essential. You must be highly confidential, have excellent written and oral communication skills, have the ability to think on your feet, be pro-active and be prepared to juggle varying and demanding workloads.
