Location – Stamford Bridge

Hours – FTC until 03/07/2023, 35 hours per week, any 5 from 7

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant Administrator to support the EA to the President of Business with day to day administrative PA support for various Directors across the Club.

- To ensure that administration associated with various Directors is handled in an effective and confidential manner, ensuring that no delays are incurred in their onward (outgoing or internal) despatch and that correspondence is presented to the highest possible standard

- To ensure sufficient office supplies are available to see that administration tasks can be undertaken without delay.

- Attending and organising meetings for various Directors where requested – preparing documentation for meetings, taking minutes as and when required and tracking actions agreed.

- Booking and allocating meeting rooms where requested for appropriate Directors

- Internal and external stakeholder management.

- Supporting with day-to-day administrative and supportive tasks for Directors e.g. managing annual leave, expenses, travel etc.

- Diary and inbox management for various Directors

- Managing multiple work streams

- Collate and prepare presentations and agendas as required.

- Key communication with Directors on their movements and supporting as and when required

- Provide additional support across the business (Marketing, Sponsorship, Ops)

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

- Proven experience in an administrative role

- Strong administration skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work on own initiative

- Ability to prioritise tasks and correspondence

- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong attention to detail with good written and IT literacy (MS Office)

- Flexible and dedicated work ethic – while working at matches is not required as part of this role, occasional out of hours requests may need to be dealt with

- Ability to plan strategically while also dealing with reactive or time sensitive tasks.

- Keen understanding of data, reports and presentations.

- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
