Hours: This is a full-time role. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the post.

Join us in the Women’s Super League and our Category 1 Academy to support with all operational needs

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Academy Manager to support all our teams with their operational needs. You will be required to attend and coordinate home and away fixtures across our pathway and senior teams. You will be accountable for effective and timely communication with all key stakeholders related to the Girls’ Academy including but not limited to staff, players, parents, club partners and other departments.

Your operational background

This role would suit a highly organised and efficient individual with a proven background in either administration or coordination. You will be responsible for managing multiple audits across the department so if you enjoy data and have great attention to detail this would be a good fit for you! Our ideal candidate will be someone who can build strong working relationships quickly with the ability to set and manage expectations across with various stakeholders.
