We`re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a dedicated business area in leading the execution of forward-looking people planning and the implementation of change aligned to the people strategy and organisational objectives

Working closely with the Vice President of HR to deliver value-added service management on people issues at all levels in an impactful, collaborative and consultative manner to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.

What will you be doing?

-Provide coaching and execution support to management on people issues at all levels in an impactful, collaborative and consultative manner.
-Ensure fit for purpose resource planning activities to meet departmental requirements, as well as drive internal development and career planning.
-Support the roll out of HR projects and organisational change programmes to support the
HR strategy.
-Support the implementation of the Club`s pay and reward strategy.
-Contribute to the formation of internal policy and procedures to comply with and/or
support legislation and/or good employment practices.
-Assist business leaders in organisational design, ensuring any structural changes are executed in a compliant, timely and in a sensitive manner including the formulation of business cases where appropriate.
-Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders. Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change.
-Participate in employee engagement initiatives, providing feedback to their success
-Act as an escalation point for employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
-Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
-Ensure that training and development planning and implementation supports real business needs and the business is developing a strong bench of talent for local and international opportunities in conjunction with the Director, L&D.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working in a Business Partnering role in a complex organisation, with multiple stakeholders and business areas.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work under tight timescales to deliver with impact and adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.

You will be an excellent influencer and effective communicator, with the ability to present sound and well-reasoned recommendations and approaches to people challenges. Along with the ability to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts to explore and evaluate them systematically.

You will hold a L7 CIPD qualification, or the equivalent experience in a HR Business Partnering role.
