Our move to our brand-new stadium on the site of Bramley-Moore Dock demonstrates our ambition and will be a gamechanger for the Club commercially, with more tickets available and greater choice and flexibility for supporters through a range of premium seats, bars, restaurants and experiences.

To ensure we maximise the commercial opportunities associated with the new stadium and deliver a best-in-class experience to all visitors, we are looking to appoint to the newly created role of Venue Experience & Revenue. This is a senior leadership role at the Club and a role which will play a key role in one of the most significant chapters of the Club’s history.

About the opportunity: As Head of Venue Experience & Revenue you will have the opportunity to define and develop the Clubs venue experience and revenue strategy, developing and delivering exceptional experiences for supporters and guests visiting across hospitality lounges, tours and other venue-related products / services.

The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine seasonal hospitality, match-by-match packages, tours, events and other non-matchday activities.

A key focus for the role will be the successful management of the migration of existing members from Goodison Park to the new stadium - and leading the team responsible for the delivery of a targeted premium sales outreach programme to ensure that targets are achieved and matches at Goodison Park and the new stadium are sold out across all areas.

Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a proven senior sales professional, who is hardworking, target driven and is a strategic thinker. You will have exceptional leadership skills with an ability to influence positive action and results across a talented team of people.

What‘s essential is experience of planning and implementing sales and hospitality strategies alongside demonstrable success in surpassing revenue goals within a highly sales focused organisation.

You’ll have proven sales experience and be confident with strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of selling Hospitality products in sport or off plan products is desirable.

This position is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Tuesday 26th July 2022.

The location for this role is at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
