We are looking for an experienced innovative creative to support our key commercial objectives and support the Commercial team with the acquisition and retention of new and existing commercial Club partners. This role will be integral in supporting the continued growth of the business as it enters one of the most transformative periods in its history.

As Graphic Designer supporting the Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing partnership sales materials and presentations, producing globally appealing campaign concepts that integrate Club and Partner brands and creating eye-catching assets that showcase the potential of key partnership rights.
Other core responsibilities include:

Supporting our commercial outreach through adding value to the design process, applying your creative vision to produce industry-leading sales collateral to take to market

Creating fully customised brand proposals that bring the potential of our commercial partnerships to life for brands that we are engaging with

Developing graphics to illustrate sponsorship activations

Working to schedules to ensure all work is put through the design studio accurately, on time and to brief

Working collaboratively as part of the commercial team to strive towards commercial partnership revenue growth

Supporting the development and creation of club-led campaigns to support commercial objectives, from conception through to execution across omni-channel platforms

Ensuring all artwork supplied both internally and externally adheres to the Club’s brand guidelines, liaising with colleagues in the Design Studio and Marketing Team to maintain regular dialogue and good working relationships

Interpreting briefs and independently managing schedule of commercial requirements to ensure creative concepts, solutions and campaign inventory delivered in a timely manner
Knowledge & Experience:

Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of working with the Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Aftereffects, Flash and Power Point desirable)

Experience working within a commercial setting

Understanding of creative and brand strategy with the ability to apply understanding to marketing and commercial objectives

Good knowledge of design trends

Understanding and confidence to apply and challenge guidelines
Who we are looking for;
We are looking for a highly creative individual who will harness the story of Everton Football Club and be able to translate that into eye catching and compelling sales collateral. You will be driven by working as part of a wider team chasing commercial revenue targets and have a hunger to add value across the sales function.
This position is a fixed term 12- month opportunity, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Friday 19th August 2022.
The location for this role is at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
