We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to play a leading role in the successful delivery of commercial rights across Cheltenham Town FC’s commercial programme. The Commercial Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the commercial success of a number of Match Day and Non-Match Day income streams and ensuring all operations and facilities in relation to the Club’s commercial activities are of a consistently high standard.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Management and Commercial Rights Delivery – 50%
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial ensuring all contracted partnership and sponsorship rights across the Club’s commercial programme are delivered accurately, on-time and to a consistently high standard.
- Manage the commercial rights inventory management providing regular updates to the Head of Commercial
- Be responsible for the successful delivery, production and maintenance of in-stadium commercial assets (advertising boards, signage, poster sites)
- Work in collaboration with the Office Manager to devise and deliver an efficient invoicing framework
- Assist the Head of Commercial in the production of commercial contracts and booking forms for Club Partners
- Assist the Head of Commercial in the production of monthly partnership reports
- Non-Match Day/Match Day Income and Operations – 50%
- Manage the commercial strategy, delivery and implementation to ensure non-match day assets are being leveraged for commercial success, including but not limited to; the Club car park, external events, facility hire and conferencing
- Manage the operational elements of Match Day Hospitality including; processing ad hoc bookings, client management, supplier management and event delivery
- Work closely with the Stadium Manager and Head of Security to ensure all capacities and bookings are monitored and communicated across all Club Stadium Match Day and Non-Match Day assets including; Hospitality Areas, Hospitality Tickets, Club Bar, Car Park, Event and Hospitality Facilities
- Responsible for ensuring all client facing facilities associated with the Club’s commercial operation are maintained and improved, managing any external stakeholder relationships in relation to the delivery (hospitality boxes, hospitality suites, ticket office, car park, club bar, event and conferencing areas)
About You
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience (relevant experience at a sports club, rights holder, brand, venue or agency preferred)
- Demonstrate passion and understanding of the Football Industry
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Structured, focussed and driven to learn
- Able to work under pressure and to short timescales
- Bachelor degree
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
