Hours: 40 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the catering team rota.

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

An exciting opportunity within our Catering team

Here at Brighton and Hove Albion we strive to be the best both on and off the pitch, and we are looking for two Chef de Parties to come and join us in our journey. You will supervise the preparation and cooking of food to provide to players and staff with minimum wastage. In this role you will also have the opportunity to come up with new ideas, by creating new dishes and suggestion different cooking process and presentations.

Your chef background

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dynamic kitchen environment. In this role you will be working in a fast paced and high pressured environment, so we are looking for someone with a strong character and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Hospitality and Catering.
