Casual Academy Match Day Co-Ordinator
Location: All training facilities

The Purpose:
- To manage Academy match-day operations, for activities that are staged across all Academy sites.
- To provide a excellent level of care and attention, to organise daily operations and to ensure high standards are consistently met.
The Role:
- Ensure the smooth running of Academy matches and festivals across various venues.
- Co-ordinate the team of operational staff to ensure an excellent experience is provided to site users.
- Ensure that Away teams, staff, League/FA representatives and match officials are greeted on arrival and hosted in a manner befitting the MUFC Academy.
- Ensure spectators (parental) (including visiting scouts) attendance is managed appropriately.
- Ensure site checks are completed before the arrival of teams.
- Ensure relevant risk assessments are adhered too.
- Produce post-event reports.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested.
- Approximately 10 hours per week available (mainly weekend work).
The Person:
- Experience of managing a team of people.
- Experience in public facing event work, desirable.
- IT proficient.
- Safeguarding training / awareness.
- Approachable, organised, and conscientious approach to work
