Assistant, Partnership Performance

We have an exciting opportunity available to come and join the Partnership Insight and Central team for a 6 period. We are looking for someone who will bring energy and drive to the team with a focus on proactivity and passion for success. The ideal candidate will be motivated by social and cultural inventiveness and enjoy the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives.
What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity available to come and join the Partnership Proposition and Performance team for a 6 month period. We are looking for someone who will bring energy and drive to the team with an ability to pull and interpret data that will support strong commercial arguments. The ideal candidate will be able to multi task across a number of projects interfacing into different teams within the Club`s commercial and digital teams.
What will you be doing?
Working in this role you will be assisting the performance team in tracking, pulling, and evaluating data related to the success of the Club`s partnerships. You will be integral in supporting the Club`s efforts to secure new and renewing existing corporate partnerships and drive commercial revenue. You will also play an important part in supporting the team across the following key areas:
-Season long exposure valuations
-Season long partner performance reports
-Campaign performance reports
-Club research projects related to partner performance
You will be working alongside Partnership Performance Analysts to help demonstrate the value and effectiveness of Liverpool FC partnerships. In this role there will be the opportunity to use a broad range of insight tools and resources to support the sales and delivery teams in justifying the strength of partnerships.

This role would be ideal for somebody who is currently studying or has a degree in a business management, marketing, or similar discipline. You will have an interest and good understanding of the fundamentals of social media and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, strong numerical/analytical skills and most importantly apply a can-do-attitude to everything you do.

Your main base will be our Liverpool Office. Initially the role will be home based due to the current pandemic.

If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre between 13th - 17th September 2021. Applicants who progress through to the final stage will then be invited to attend interview the week beginning 20th September. We anticipate an October start date for this position.
