WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Partnership Operations Assistant will work closely with our Partnership Sales team and the Central Team to provide innovative and compelling sales materials to drive partnerships.

As an Operations Assistant you will be supporting with daily ad-hoc requests, including but not limited to:

-Sourcing suppliers
-Gifting
-Research into innovative ideas for pack design and presentations
-Logistics
-CRM System - data entry and cleanse
-Ordering sales materials

You will be working alongside the Central Insight and Design teams to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of Liverpool FC partnerships, generating new leads and ultimately further partnerships for the Club.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would like to hear from keen student/graduates with a high attention to detail, strong ability to problem solve and a creative flare. You will need to be computer literate with a good understanding of MS Office packages. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work to tight timelines. Excellent communication skills and a "can-do-attitude" is required.

This is a 6-month temporary role working full-time 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Your main base will be our London Office. Initially the role will be home based due to the current pandemic.

Recruitment Process

If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre between 13th September - 17th September 2021. Applicants who progress through to the final stage will then be invited to attend interview the week beginning 20th September 2021. We anticipate an October Start date for this position.
