Job Title – Academy Scout
Location – London and South East England Areas
Contract – Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week)

About the Team:
Based at Cobham Training Ground, there are more than 60 full-time colleagues working with 198 registered players from Under-9s through to Under-23s development squad.
The Academy’s vision is to inspire a generation of players to be successful both on and off the pitch, increasing playing time in our first team and across the whole professional game. The mission to be the first-choice academy for players and parents in England.
What We’re Looking For:
A candidate to provide accurate and actionable information on external players for the purposes of player recruitment through scouting of matches, live and on video. To record, present and manage reports and appropriate data for Regional Co-ordinators and Management.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:
• Minimum of FA Level 1 Talent ID Qualification and/or Level 2 Coaching Licence.
• Access to a vehicle, with a full driving licence.
• Extensive knowledge of local grassroots football and the geographic region including culture, legislation, and football market.
• Computer literate in office suite and ability to mobile and use in-house systems
Nice to Have:
• FA Level 2 and 3 in Talent ID.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
