Hours: This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday requiring flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

An opportunity to join our academy recruitment team as an analyst

Based at our state-of-the-art training ground in Lancing, this role will monitor young players in the domestic leagues, UK leagues and some internationals leagues. You will conduct background research into potential players of interest across and continually update the scouts recommended lists. In this role you will also be required to provide videos of players of interest and coordinate fixtures for domestic national scouts (U14 – U18).

Your recruitment analyst background

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual who is looking to further their career within a professional football environment. You will need to hold a related performance analysis or sports science degree. You must have excellent knowledge of English football, down to and including the conference. You will have strong IT skills to include video-editing and database management experience.
