ClubDCFC Sales and Events Coordinator
Derby County Football Club are seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our Hospitality, Conferencing & Events Team, ClubDCFC.
As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will join a busy office-based event planning team and be responsible for actively identifying and engaging with existing and new customers creating bespoke and tailored packages to best suit the customers’ requirements.
You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and internal stakeholders, and your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that key administration and coordination duties are always delivered on time and to the highest standard. You will also have had experience in account management.
Your passionate and driven approach to generating and converting leads, and constantly seeking new opportunities, will ensure that sales targets are always achieved.
Your excellent customer service skills will ensure that every customer interaction, whether this is a customer meeting or stadium facilities tour, will leave the customer with a positive lasting impression of our polite, friendly, and personal service.
