Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with the CPFC playing philosophy and player needs. Develop a collective understanding of CPFC playing style using a variety of created ways. Ensure cohesion and management of individual U15 players. Set, monitor and develop high quality professional standard and team ethic for the players. Implement individual learning plans for players. Work in collaboration with all Academy staff. Work in line with the strategy as agreed by the club. Support the annual review of the ‘game model’ content. Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager. Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures. Based at The Nottingham Forest Training Ground, the role will be responsible alongside the Head of Medical and Performance for the diagnosis of injuries and establishing the prognosis and rehabilitation plan in order to return to play. Responsibility for the acute and gym-based phases, and if needed assist or lead in the pitch-based rehabilitation for the First Team injured players, and the integration phase back into team training. The role will have responsibility for all First Team physiotherapists, including staff management and evaluation.
